Our customers love FDS software for the exceptional support each product provides.
For purchases of any FDS M product, an 8.25% U.S. Texas State sales tax will apply. Certain FDS M products operate on a subscription basis and include an annual SSL (Subscription Software Licensing) renewal fee of 10% of the software cost to ensure uninterrupted access. Please note that FDS M product purchases are not classified as a 1099-MISC or 1099-NEC contract.
FDS products prioritize user privacy. We do not collect or store any personal information from end users, and no software contracts are required.
Payment for FDS M certification classes and training sessions must be made in advance.
To maintain product integrity, FDS M software and trade secrets may not be shared with other competitors, developers, or integrated into external programs. For more details, refer to the PDFs for software terms and agreement, and subscription software licensing.
