FDS PRODUCT POLICY
- A U.S. Texas State sales tax rate of 8.25% will be applied for any FDS M product purchase orders.
- FDS products do not record or copy any information from the end user and do not come with any contracts.
- Some FDS M products are subscription software's and come with (SSL) subscription software licensing with an annual due of 10% of the software cost for continuous use next year.
- FDS M certification classes and training support will be paid before attending.
- FDS M product purchase(s) are "not" a 1099 MISC contract. FDS does not provide maintenance with boots on the ground support.
- FDS M products may not be shared with other software developers or added to other programs.
